Participation in Research Competition *
All presenters will be entered into a the research competition unless you opt out. Faculty from across the disciplines will view and score each of your presentations and will announce an overall winner and runner-up. Judges will begin scoring at 4:30pm sharp. Failure to set up your research by 5:00pm will exclude you from the competition.
Agreement *
Once you complete this form, you are agreeing to present your research at this semester's Graduate Research Symposium as indicated and understand that the abstract that you provided will be printed in the program book as well as displayed online.
Photo Release Agreement *
I hereby give Stockton University the right to use in any of its publications, my picture or any statements or quotations obtained from me with regard to my attendance as a student or service as an employee at the university. I understand and agree that the university shall be entitled to use my picture, statements, or quotations as stated above subsequent to my attendance or employment at the university. This release includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images in the alumni magazine, on the university’s website, and public relations/promotional materials, such as marketing and admissions publications, advertisements, fundraising materials and any other university related publication. The images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to the school and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, CD-ROM and electronic/online media. I further understand and agree that I shall not be entitled to any compensation of any nature, monetary or otherwise, from the university in return for allowing this use.
