Application Process1. Complete application form2. Once your application has been approved, you will be notified and invoiced accordingly.3. Provide proof of payment within 7 days of receiving your invoice.4. Your stall is secured.
All stall payments must be finalized by October 26th, 2018.
Fees charged per stall: N$750 for a 3x3m stall at the Food Market.
Applying for a stall is at your own risk. Organizers can't be held liable for cancellation for unforeseen circumstances.
Electricity is provided, if required, stallholders must provide their own power source, or silent generators.
All stalls are responsible for their own bins and garbage bags.
Volunteers are available to assist in setup, but no volunteers will be available to assist with any cleaning or running of stalls once the Arts Fair has begun. No parking is available on-site, however, public parking is available on Luderitz Street and the Chirtus Church on Rober Mugabe Avenue. There is also public parking available at the 1990 Freedom Plaza next to the Hilton Hotel.
Stall holders are required to remain open until the official closing time of the markets. Stall areas must be vacated within one hour of official closing time.
If you do not show up, or show up late, you will be fined N$800.
If your stall area is not clean after pack up, you will be fined N$800.
