Brief description of booth
Booth setup on grounds. Select the time you wish to set up so we can assure someone is available to open the building.  Booths must be ready to go for opening on Tuesday, August 20 by 5pm. *
Terms of Agreement:

1. By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to hold the Sebastian County
Fair Association harmless for any damages to your property that might occur while at the fairgrounds, as well as any injuries to third parties that may occur due to your acts.

2. NO SUBLEASING, NO CONSTRUCTION, OR MODIFICATION OF FACILITIES WITHOUT SEBASTIAN COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION APPROVAL.

3. Building/grounds to be restored to equal or greater cleanliness level as when rental began. This includes taking trash out to the dumpster.

4. Deposit due at time of application submission.

5. 110 Electric provided to each inside booth.

6. Tables and chairs are not provided.

7. Booth must be completed and ready for the public any time gates are open each day:

Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-9pm *** Friday 5pm-9pm *** Saturday 1pm-9pm.

8. All hosts agree to have participants abide by state guidelines including all safety procedures applicable at time of the event.

*Failure to comply with these terms could result in forfeiture of deposit and denial of future rental privileges. Deposits are non-refundable.
