I agree to maintain the highest level of cleanliness while training. All finger / toe nails trimmed. Training attire washed. Personal hygiene to include breath, deodorant, offensive or excessive cologne or perfume. Tobacco odors will be addressed. I agree to respect my fellow training partners at ALL times. - Remember this is a FAMILY atmosphere. *
