Every Tuesday evening starting September 10th-October 29th, class will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm. Classes will be held at Southwest Behavioral Health Center. This is a free course, please register here. To receive a certificate of completion, you will need to attend each class. Refreshments will be served. If you need childcare, we have limited space available at our nursery for ages newborn - 11 years. Please call 435-674-5133 to schedule childcare. You will receive an email with more information a week prior to class starting.
