-By changing your ACTIONS, such as your self-care habits or your physical posture,
or the pace at which your walk or talk, you can elevate your emotions.
-By elevating your FOCUS, you can gain higher levels of emotional well-being.
-Focus on what you want, never what you don’t want.

666 to 1: The bottom half of the scale describes stress and force.
Cross out the words on the worksheet that describe something you have NEVER experienced in your life.

1 to 777: The top half of the scale describes well-being and power.
Draw a circle around the words that ALWAYS describe you and your lifestyle.  Circle the words that describe things that easily flow from you. Circle the words that describe you and your dealings with God and your fellow earthlings.

1 to 777: Choose one of the circled words that you experienced on the top half of the scale. Close your eyes and remember the moment you experienced that word. Breathe deeply and notice your breathing, your heart rate, and your emotional state. You can experience any emotion you prefer by using this method.

666 to 1: Place parentheses around those words that describe things you have experienced often as the victim.
Circle those words that describe what you are experiencing currently.

666 to 1: Underline the words that describe how you harmed others.
Draw lines finding the connection, if any, between the painful stress you have experienced and
the behaviors of force that you underlined.
