THE UNION ROW ACCELERATOR PROGRAM: Pre-Construction Edition
TURAP: PreConstruction has a goal to grow operational capacity, increase revenue, instill stronger corporate governance, and build direct relationships with strong partners in the areas of real estate, construction, engineering, architecture, technology, and other critical components to the Union Row development. Depending on the outcome of a meeting to assess the strength and capacity of the firm, these resources will be delivered in the form of one on one support and/or a cohort based model.The Union Row Team and Start Co. (a venture development organization- www.neverstop.co) are teaming up with partners in the field of real estate, engineering, architecture and design, construction, etc. to deliver this program. And at the same time the Partners of The 800 Initiative (City of Memphis, Start Co., Epicenter, Christian Brothers University) will work to be another layer of support to select minority firms.

The accelerator will focus on advancing existing businesses in the areas of better aligning companies with their customer segments, greater execution in the delivery of their business models, and improving their core service or product delivery, and preparing companies for the better on-boarding of contracts and new business.
The accelerator will run the week of August 5th - the week of October 5th.
