In a strategic collaboration, Bulgaria and the OECD are joining forces to organise a  one-day forum dedicated to skills development. The event will gather ministers and OECD senior officials, along with key figures from the business sector, NGOs, and academic circles. The discussions will delve into the future's essential skills, set against the backdrop of global mega trends impacting Bulgaria, such as demographic shifts, digitalization, globalisation, and climate change.

The forum is a response to these multifaceted challenges. It aims to bring together diverse perspectives and expertise to formulate a unified approach to skills development, aligning with global standards and responding to local needs. The collaborative effort, spearheaded by the Digital National Alliance and the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute, will join hands with various ministries and the business community to achieve its goals.
