TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read this before commissioning me!
- I require payment after the thumbnail sketch/es. No refunds or big revisions after line art stage. If you are unsure about price, let me know your budget and I may possibly be able to work within it (possibly).
- Please remember that things like heavy research, costume/character design, complex clothes/design, etc. can all add extra work and therefor cost to the final price of your commission.
- Please try to send good quality reference images.
- I will send you progress updates along the way! Please remember that these are WIPs (works in progress) and NOT the final piece.
- You may not profit off of my work unless we've come to an agreement concerning your use of my art for this purpose. This applies to album and podcast covers, book covers, merch designs, logos, etc. If you intend to use my work for anything commercial, please select "something else" for the first question and email me the specifics. If you pay for the right to use my work in something, it only applies to the thing agreed upon, and nothing more. Please ask me if you would like full rights to use. I retain the right to use everything I make, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I don't make NFTs. If you use my work for an NFT/s, I will take legal action.
- You may NOT use my work for anything related to generative AI. When posting your commission online, please only post the low-resolution version (labeled "_SAFE2POST"), which I will give you along with your full-resolution piece.
- I have to right to refuse service to anyone.
- I use Clip Studio Paint and typically work in 300-350 dpi, and dimensions vary. You can request specific dimensions if you'd like. If you plan on getting your commission printed, please let me know which dimensions are required.

- Anything hateful, racist, transphobic/homophobic, or discriminatory.
- Heavy gore (including digestion)
- NSFW for/of minors
- NFTs
- Beastiality/ "feral" furries / infestation
- Incest
- NSFW of underage characters
- Snuff
- Farts/scat/vomit
- Fetishization of a marginalized group
