By checking "Yes" below, I hereby agree to hold harmless The Prince George's Soil Conservation District (The District) and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the activities as a participant with The District, including claims arising out of negligence. I understand and acknowledge that this Release Discharges The District from any liability or claim that I may have against The District with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my involvement in the The District's event. I give my permission for The District and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on The District's website and posting on social media sites. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of The District's control. I agree that I will not hold The District responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
