Are you ready to bring your delicious creations to the Smoky Lake Pumpkin Fair? We're on the hunt for the tastiest trucks to join our pumpkin-spiced culinary lineup!
This year, our festival runs from October 3rd to 5th 2025, but our bustling food court by the Complex (just outside the weigh-in area) will be a Saturday-only on October 4th, 2025! We're thrilled to announce that we've brought in the experts from local trucks to help us coordinate the food court this year, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for everyone.
Important Details for Our Food Trucks:
Saturday Set-Up & Operation: Trucks will need to be parked by 8:45 AM on Saturday, October 4th. There is no set-up on Friday night as the kickoff will be taking place. On Saturday the streets close right after 8:45 AM, and we can't grant any access to the grounds past that time. If you're running behind on parking, please be aware that we cannot guarantee a spot for you in the food court. This means your truck must be parked by 8:45am on Saturday morning. The food court officially opens at 10:00 AM, and you'll need to be in operation. The closing time for Saturday evening's food court operations will be provided to you by the time of acceptance as we are currently working out details for our Saturday evening events.
No Power or Waste Dumping Provided: Please note that this year, we will not be providing power or waste dumping facilities. Trucks are responsible for their own power and waste management.
Application Deadline: Don't miss out on this gourd-geous opportunity! Get your applications in by July 27th, 2025.
Cost: $300 for the day
Acceptance & Payment: If your truck makes the cut, you'll hear from us via email in August. Payment will be due by September 1st and can be made conveniently by e-transfer or credit card (please note, credit card payments will have an additional processing fee).
