One of the best ways to become better is to learn what is working right - Bright Spots allow the organization to highlight and learn from those staff that are affecting members and coworkers in positive ways. The directions are simple: Have you seen a staff member connect with co-workers, families, or members in a special way? Have you seen a staff member going above and beyond? If so, please take time to nominate that Y employee for being a Bright Spot!

*Bright Spots will be shared with the nominated staff member and their manager and shared with the association on Workplace. Once a month, a Bright Spot will be chosen to be highlighted as the Bright Spot Spotlight of the Month! At the end of the year the Bright Spot Spotlight of the Year will be announced  - Thank you!
