The UC Santa Cruz Genomics Institute is excited to host a cross-divisional half-day symposium designed to facilitate conversations about we can create more inclusive environments in STEM and chip away at the biases and injustices that are embedded in current scientific practice.

All disciplines are welcome. We invite faculty, staff, and students from across campus to join us as we aim to create a more just and equitable scientific community.

The symposium is scheduled for April 5, 2024, beginning at 1:30 pm. See genomics.ucsc.edu/events for more information.
