Schools That Can is seeking volunteers to support our programming in Spring 2021. STC has multiple opportunities for professionals to engage with and support students as they develop the learning, innovation, and career skills they will need to succeed in the workplace of tomorrow. We're bringing students and professionals together virtually, with a flexible range of amazing options to connect with and support young people nationally, and in your local community. Please fill out this interest form, and we'll connect you with available opportunities.

INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC MENTOR, WEEK OF APRIL 19th: Meet with groups of students to share expertise specific to your industry, review and discuss student portfolios, goals and plans (1:5 ratio). (PRIORITY NEED FOR VOLUNTEERS)
MOCK INTERVIEWS, WEEK OF APRIL 19th: Participate in facilitated sessions to meet with students 1:1 for mock interview and resume review, and provide feedback via a rubric and survey. (PRIORITY NEED FOR VOLUNTEERS)
COVER LETTER REVIEW. Review up to 5 cover letters at your convenience within a one-week window, providing students with holistic feedback on how they can improve the way they present themselves in their cover letters (we won't be asking for detailed proofreading).
CAREER CHATS: Participate as an industry expert to speak to a classroom of students or a national cross sector panel on your role.
