July 2024 UAHA P&P Ballot Draft Comments
The 9 July 2024 ballot draft edition of the UAHA policies and procedures are being presented for comment. Per the current requirement, a 10-day period is required for this to be presented and available. The acceptance of the document will be done by the current UAHA voting members, but this form may be used by any member to submit opinion and / or commentary about information presented. While this commentary may not be used as a "showstopper" for the current ballot, the submitted comments will be reviewed and considered for future incorporation into the policies and procedures document.

For context, this document has not been effectively maintained or updated in the past. This ballot draft incorporates language from previously (UAHA Board) approved topics, as found in the minutes. In addition, there were a number of changes made to correct numbering and document alignment (not technical content). While not perfect, this draft represents the first update to establish a new "baseline" document for the further incorporation of future change(s). With this in mind, we are looking to understand if there are any concerns with the current version that are "wrong" to previously approved changes. Anything for addressing additional concerns and / or future consideration may be presented but will not be a "showstopper" for the release of this current draft.
