Public Comment
Persons wishing to speak during the meeting must complete a speaker slip to be called on. This item is reserved for persons wishing to address the Board on any EBCE-related matters. Public comments on matters listed on the agenda shall be heard at the time the matter is called. As with all public comment, members of the public who wish to address the Board are customarily limited to three minutes per person (400 words).  The Board Chair may increase or decrease the time allotted to each speaker. Please submit comments or sign up to speak to an item 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. Copies of all written comments will be provided to the Board Members and will be added to the official record. Comments will NOT be read into the record. By submitting a comment you are granting EBCE permission to use your name and comment in its public record for the corresponding meeting.
