Acknowledgement:
By submitting this form you agree to the following expectations:

Chaperones must contact the Office of Admissions if they foresee being late for their visit. Late arriving groups may not be able to participate in all scheduled activities.

Visiting groups will be accompanied by adult chaperones/teachers/sponsors at all times. We require one chaperone for every 15 students. The ultimate responsibility for each group rests with these designated adults, not Grove City College.

Visiting students are expected to conduct themselves as respectful visitors to the campus. Any person who engages in inappropriate behaviors while on College owned or controlled property, or while involved in official College business, may be removed and or barred from the premises pending the outcome of an investigation. Inappropriate behavior includes any behavior, whether intentional or reckless, which results in bodily injury to another person and/or damage to property.

Groups are not permitted to use any electronic devices during a campus information session or tour (cell phones, iPods, etc.) unless permission is granted by a Grove City College Admissions staff member.

By submitting, I am stating that I understand and agree with the conditions and expectations explained above and accept responsibility for my group’s visit to Grove City College. *
