Studio Rental Request Form
Thank you for your interest in renting studio space from The Louisville Ballet School and Louisville Ballet! 
Please submit your request with at least two weeks notice via this form. Rental requests are not accepted by phone or email. Our team will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Locations:
  1. St. Matthews Studios - 4121 Shelbyville Rd, Suite 201, Louisville, KY 40207
  2. Downtown Studios - 315 E Main St, Louisville, KY 40202
Rental & Receptionist Fees:
  • Individual/Small Group rental fee: $35.00 per hour**
  • Group rental fee: $75.00 per hour**
  • Large Group rental fee: $125.00 per hour**
  • Receptionist Fee is $15.00 per hour, when applicable
**Effective January 1, 2023, The Louisville Ballet School is required to charge a 6% sales tax on rental services including but not limited to, birthday parties, and studio rentals. This increase is due to the passing of House Bill 8 in Kentucky, which states that on January 1st, 2023 we are required by law to start charging a 6% sales tax on all services. We appreciate your continued support!
