Utah Law HB 29  defines "objective sensitive material as material that constitutes pornographic or indecent material  as defined in section 76-10-1227 ". The questions outlined in the law are listed first on the form. If the answer to ANY of the four questions is yes, the book cannot be nominated. If there is uncertainty, please provide the specific excerpts that may violate section 1227 of the law. Neglecting to do so will result in the disqualification of the nomination.
