CANCELLATION PROCEDURES: All requests for cancellation should be made in writing to Brian Stack at firstname.lastname@example.org. Prior to March 1, 2018; cancellations will be refunded at 75% of the registration amount. From March 1 - May 1, 2018; cancellations will be refunded at 50% of the registration amount. After May 1, refunds will not be granted.
