2020 Spark Plug Award Nomination Form
Have you experienced exceptional customer service at a local business? What about a great project that made a significant impact in the community? Do you know a young professional in the community that has made a difference? Submit your nominations to recognize local businesses, projects, and individuals for their efforts in the 2019 calendar year.
You may submit as many nominations as you like. Please use this form to complete one (1) nomination.
The deadline for all nominations is February 7th, 2020. The nominations will be reviewed by the Spark Plug Selection Committee, made up of board members of the hosting organizations.
Award winners will be announced at the Keweenaw Community Spark Plug Awards Dinner on March 5th, 2020. This dinner will be held at the Bonfire Steakhouse in Houghton.
