Patient Project Volunteering Internship Application Winter 2025
We are so excited to begin volunteering again with our Seniors! Please fill out this form with your preferences if you would like to volunteer with us this quarter :)

As volunteer interns, we expect that you attend BOTH weekly general meetings (Mondays at 6PM, location TBD) AND weekly volunteering sessions. You must let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to attend. More details will be given at our first general meeting of the quarter. 

After filling out this form, you will be contacted to schedule a short, 15-minute interview. These will be rolling interviews starting the first week of January and ending January 17th. Please note this interview is MANDATORY in order to be assigned to a volunteering site.
