Eligibility for this program is limited to homeowners in the Bloomington, IN city limits. The home must be owner-occupied and the applicant must be the homeowner.  

Completion of this intake form is not an application for a loan with the Clean Energy Credit Union, but will be used to determine program eligibility, establish contact information for future communications about the program, and collect demographic information. Demographic information will only be publicly shared in aggregate and will not impact program eligibility in any way.
