Journey into the Catholic Faith for Children 7-12 years
Please complete this expression of interest form if you would like your child to participate in this parish baptism preparation program on Tuesday afternoons at the Youth Hub in Horton St.

At least one parent is required to attend each of the five sessions with their child.

A form for the Sacrament of Baptism / Rite of Reception will be issued upon attendance at the first session.
