The Development Office is responsible for generating revenue to benefit the students and families of Hayden Catholic High School.  The true cost to educate one child at Hayden is approximately $10,000 per year.  Through the Parent/Family Commitment Program, each family has the opportunity to receive a TUITION REDUCTION of $800 per student. In order to receive the tuition reduction, families have the opportunity to provide a minimum of 40 hours service to Hayden or the monetary equivalent.  These are NOT Volunteer Hours.

Parents/Families utilizing the tuition reduction opportunity are asked to complete this form and select the activities you would be interested in working throughout the school year.  Please choose a minimum of three activities for the annual Blue & Gold Gala (each family is required to work a minimum 6 Gala Hours) and three activities you would be interested in working throughout the year (choosing a total of six or more activities), as you are not guaranteed all activities selected.  We will work to accommodate your desired selections.  Please fill out this form by June 19, 2020 as our new school year begins July 1, 2020.  The sooner you submit your request, the greater the likelihood you will receive your desired selections.

If you are a family with two households and both families will be working commitment hours, you BOTH need to complete this worksheet.
Your attendance at shifts you were scheduled to work during the 2019-20 school year may impact your placement for the 2020-21 school year.
