送虎迎兔，中文大學員工總會預祝各位會員兔年行大運，步步高升。本會將邀請紅姐示範如何在家製作煙韌得嚟又唔黐牙，同時散發出啖啖清香嘅薑汁黃糖年糕及椰汁年糕。新年為家人朋友製作年糕，甜蜜又溫馨！
工作坊詳情：
示範手造年糕及試食 - 年糕100%人手製造，功夫繁多，會室只能示範製作過程，抱歉大家不能親手製作，因此工會會預製年糕，讓大家帶回家中享用。
日期：二零二三年一月十三日 (星期五)
時間：晚上六時半至八時 (1.5小時)
地點：中文大學王福元樓103室
費用：包食譜及年糕一份 - $150/位 (會員)、$220/位 (非會員)
示範導師：彭愛紅女士
截止報名日期：十二月三十日 (星期五)
名額: 15 位 (如參加人數少於 8 人，年糕製作班將會取消)

Workshop details:
Demonstration and tasting - The rice cake is 100% hand-made, yet the steps are complicated. Although we can only provide demonstration for making the rice cake due to limitation of the classroom, we shall provide each participant the recipe and a pre-made rice cake to taste at home!
Date: 13 January 2023 (Friday)
Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm (1.5 hrs)
Venue: Rm 103, Wong Foo Yuan Building (Chung Chi Campus)
Fee: Including recipe and one rice cake - $150/head (CUEGU member), $220/head (non-member)

Registration Deadline: 30 December 2022 (Friday)
Quota: 15 (The workshop will be cancelled if the enrolment number is less than 8.)
