When I create a new ticket, I always add a good description.
When I create a new ticket, I always include the right people right away.
Tickets are primarily looked at by my team, not by anyone outside my team.
I made sure that my team has clear SLAs for tickets.
I make sure my team always react in a timely manner on tickets.
I effectively organize team tickets that are not "mine", by creating parent tickets and by creating and assigning project tags.
I make it a priority to keep our team's Phabricator workboard up to date and organized.
