Hello families! We are so excited to welcome you to our Kindergarten! Class of 2036!! The first day can be very hectic! Please fill in this form to ensure we know how your child is getting home, what they are eating, and if there is anything we need to know for the first day (such as severe allergies/medical conditions). This information applies to the first day of school (Tuesday 9/5/23) only! Your child will come home on the first day with a form to fill out with this information for the remainder of the school year!
