If your club has been APPROVED to host an event, activity, spirit days, etc, and you would like help advertising, then you have come to the right place!
Club activities need to have administration approval before they are added to the main calendar. If you still need your ASB team to help you obtain approval, then go back to the “Clubs” page on the ASB website and choose "Club Activity Request". Fill out the form, wait for approval, and then come back to this form.
Fill out the following form to request the ASB Publicity Commission to help with your club publicizing your event in the form of social media posts, posters, etc.
*** Please keep in mind there is no guarantee for your post or poster to be created if there isn’t enough time allocated for us to complete it. Please be mindful and considerate with both our time and yours. 7-14 days notice is ideal. We may have to decline your request if there is not enough time to complete your request.
***TIP: One way to expedite social media requests is to create a post on your club's instagram and tag @theschsasb on Instagram!
