You may request a transcript here, however they will only be processed once a week in the month of July. You may contact our district office to request a transcript should you need one more quickly. The turnaround is still 24 to 48 business hours. 

Official Transcript Request Instructions: READ Thoroughly! 

To request an official transcript, please complete the form in full. Be sure to provide a complete mailing address, including the following details:

• Section 1 of 2

• Recipient Name (Institution, Employer, or Individual) 

• Street Address or P.O. Box

• City, State, and ZIP Code 

• You may choose to pick up your transcript in person at the Registrar’s Office, located within the Counseling Center. (Offices Closed in July) 

• Please allow 36 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday) for processing of all transcript requests.
