Funding Soil Health Work in VA: Exploring Upcoming Opportunities
As you may be aware, there is a growing influx in funding to promote soil health and its many co-benefits both at the federal and state level. As a network of partners working to increase coordination and collaboration around soil health in the commonwealth, the Coalition is excited about the opportunity to help bring funds to Virginia to meet the needs of farmers, landowners, and practitioners in a way that is as collaborative and coordinated as possible. We hope the quarterly meeting on March 14th will be an opportunity to hear more about some of this funding and explore ideas and opportunities for leveraging these funds to promote soil health. If you could take a minute to answer the following questions it will help our Steering Committee in planning for the quarterly meeting and connecting partners to leverage efforts effectively. We look forward to seeing you on March 14th!
