2025-2026 Loan Request Form
 Reservations must be made at least three business days in advance of the event. If another student organization has requested equipment on the same date, the group that reserved first will be given the equipment. Precedence for equipment use is given to recognized student organizations. Advanced reservations will be taken no more than one semester in advance. Any special requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to the availability of the equipment. Equipment used after normal office hours should be returned to the SDE office by the following business day during business hours. Unreturned or damaged equipment will be the responsibility of the reserving party, who will be billed for the cost of repair or replacement. Groups who fail to return or damage equipment may lose equipment rental privileges.
