Beardstown Christian Academy presents: 2024 BCA Annual Christmas Market

Annual craft and vendor market held the first Saturday in December featuring over 65 vendors with historically busy shopping traffic, especially in the morning hours.

The Christmas Market Vendor Booth Fees are one of the larger annual fundraisers for Beardstown Christian Academy to help support school operations and activities.

Date: Saturday, December 7, 2024 9am - 2pm PLEASE NOTE THE END TIME CHANGE

Location: 1421 Beard Street, Beardstown, IL 62618 (just off Rt 125 & Boulevard Road)

Cost: $60 per space until 10/1/24. AFTER 10/1/24, $75 per space.

9' x 10' space - MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE to reserve your space(s) and price

Vendor registrations will be reviewed and approved prior to Market acceptance.
For direct sales vendors, we only allow 1 representative per brand.
Payment must be received in accordance with Vendors Rule and Information Policies
Payment can be made by check payable to "BCA" or via PayPal (request will be emailed to you).

Setup: Friday, December 6, 2024 5pm - 8pm

Saturday, December 7, 2024 6am - 8:30am

**Setup must be completed by 8:45am**

Tear Down: Saturday, December 7, 2024 2pm - 3pm
