We are currently looking for new team members across all functions globally and locally.
Local (chapter) roles are focused on promoting local events and activities, while global - running global projects, supporting local teams and creating best practices and distributing them in the organization.
We are like startups: everyone wears multiple hats and is end-to-end responsible for results. You don't need to agree on every single detail of "how" to get things done. We favour meeting objectives over protocols and "better done than perfect" attitude. You'll lern to get perfect while trying.So if you like getting stuff done while experimenting with tools, theories and approaches: this is the place to be.
Community Management: connecting the dots in our local and global community, matchmaking with people and other organizations, keeping our community happy & excited!
HR / People&Happiness: recruiting new volunteers, making onboarding smooth and offboarding pleasant, driving motivation and ensuring everyone in team is happy.
Event Management: mastering Trello and the Team to make sure everything is tip-top. Deadlines met and quality astounding. Fuckup management: level uberpro!
Graphic Design: keeping our graphic templates pleasure to look at and finding new ways to make them even more funky and functional. Creating Visual ID for our new projects while keeping in mind existing brand identity.
Fundraising&Partnerships: there's plenty of people who want to give us money for what we do. Your role is to take it! ;)
PR&Media Relations: making sure the old world knows about PLUGin!
Social Media & Online Marketing: making sure the millenials have heard of it too!
Program Curator: defining what we should talk on our events, describing it in a nice "write up" and inviting speakers who will leave the audience full of actionable insipirations.
Webmaster - helping us make our website even fancier
Content Writer - writing longer blog entries, editing reports, writing for our befriended media, about anything related to Poland, technology, innovation and community.
Public Policy - establishing and maintaining relations with Public institutions
Project Management - ... surprise! Managing Projects of various kind. From an app to a report.
Finance - helping us keep neat financial records and be transparent in front of our community.
