Trick Or Treat at South Mall
Saturday October 26th
1 pm to 5 pm
3300 Lehigh St Allentown PA 18103
~Set up begins at 9:30 am
~You must be checked in by 12:30 and set up by 1 pm
~The event starts at 1 pm
~Spaces are 8 ft wide by about 4 to 5 feet deep.
~Spaces are $40 for a business and $35 for a crafter
~A raffle item of at least a $15 value is required
~If you need more space you can have up to 2 spaces. The option is below
~You must supply your own tables and chairs. None will be provided.
~Kids will come to the vendors trick or treating. You must hand out candy, small toy or treat or something for kids. You can attach something with your business information on the item you give out as well so you make sure they go home with your business information.
~You can offer an activity at your table if you would like. It is a great way to get the kids attention and occupied so the parents can check out what you have and you can chat with the parents as well.
~You can also dress up if you would like but it is not mandatory
~The event is over at 4 pm. You must stay set up until 4 pm
~We will allow one representative per company to set up at the event. Companies such as LuLaRoe, Dot Dot Smile etc. and others that allow multiple representatives per event, we will allow more than one representative.
~Electric is available for those who have items who need it to operate.
~We will be giving out 200 kids goodie bags to the first 200 kids. As a vendor you can advertise in these bags for an additional $25. You can put in any kind of advertisement such as business cards, samples, pamphlets, small brochures, candy etc. Bags are typically 8 inches by 10 inches. Items must be ready to be stuffed into the bags. We will not put items together, fold etc. All items must emailed to Events by Jennifer Lynn at PO Box 143 Topton PA 19562 and received by October 18th
~The event will be advertised through out the mall, fliers, upcoming event websites, social media, newspaper ads etc.
~This is a second year event. Last year we had an amazing turn out. The mall was packed. We are anticipating the same again this year.
~Once registration is received you will receive an invoice through Square
~Once payment is received you will be a confirmed vendor.
~Your name will be listed below as a confirmed vendor
~If more than one representative registers the first who pays the invoice will receive the confirmed space
