Everybody has a role to play in psychological safety at work. In fact, Manitoba's Workplace Safety and Health Act requires employers to take a proactive approach to preventing harassment in the workplace. In these 90-minute information sessions, Ashley Rees, a lawyer from the Community Legal Education Association will share information on preventing, identifying, and addressing sexual harassment and other discrimination in the workplace. There will be plenty of time for questions throughout and following the presentation.
