Event Timing: June 30th, 2019, 12 pm-8pm

Location: A-Mill Artist Lofts, 315 SE Main St, Minneapolis, MN

Theme: cat-themed art. Any form and medium. The Organizer reserves the right to censor and not accept certain artwork due to the following, but not limited content: violence, nudity, extreme content, and discriminating content. This is a juried show.

There’s no application fee. This is a ONE day event.

Application to exhibit as an artist: Participation fee: $15. Commission on sales: 15%.
2D work to be displayed on grid walls, 3D work to be displayed throughout the space (this artwork must be cat-related) smaller items to be displayed on the shared table (some amount of non-cat related items can be accepted to shared table). Each accepted artist will be allowed to submit up to 3 pieces for grid walls or sculptures and up to 15 additional smaller pieces to be placed on the shared artist table. All artwork must be install ready (have hooks, wires etc). The Organizer handles all sales. Artists, who mail in their artwork are responsible for shipping costs, including shipping to and from the Organizer. Artwork drop off: June 30th, 9-11am. Artwork pick up: June 30th: 8-10 pm. Artists slots are limited!

Booth: Booth size: 8’x5’. Booth fee: $45. No commission on sales will be charged from booths. Set up: June 30th, 9am-11:30am, Tear down: June 30th: 8pm-10pm.

The relevant fee is to be paid once your application is selected. You will receive instructions on payment once your application is approved.

Deadline to submit application: 11:59 PM on June 1st. The Organizer reserves the right to close application process earlier, if all the vendor and artists spots fill, due to high demand.

The Organizer and the Location are unable to provide any furniture or display equipment for booths. Please bring your own booth furniture and equipment. *
I hereby agree to pay the applicable fee within 3 calendar days of receiving my approval e-mail. If payment is not received within that time, the Organizer reserves the right to offer the space to another applicant. The fee is non-refundable. *
I hereby certify that all items are created by the Artist/Company applying. No wholesale/franchise-based items/products, reselling or MLM will be accepted. *
Liability Waiver. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representative, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Liability Waiver, once my application is accepted to the event, and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, and do hereby release and forever discharge the Organizer Yana Ness aka Jana Komaritsa (Mrakmur), the Location A-Mill Artist Lofts, the Organizer's and Location's affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in this Event, including set up, tear down, traveling to and from this Event. *
