2025 Sumner County Fair Rabbit and Poultry/Fowl Pre-Entry Form
This is an entry form for the Youth Rabbit and Poultry/Fowl show for the Sumner County Fair. This form must be submitted by July 15, 2025. The Sumner County Fair is open to exhibitors in and outside of Sumner County.  Exhibitors age 6 -19 as of January 1 of the current year are eligible to show rabbits, poultry and fowl in the youth show.  Each exhibitor may enter up to 3 rabbits and/or 3 poultry/fowl on this form.  Please make sure you fill out all questions on the form. Animals must be pre-entered to be eligible for Grand or Reserve Grand of each species. Grand and Reserve Grand Rabbit and Poultry/Fowl will be eligible to sell in the Junior Livestock Auction on Sunday, August 3. NOTE: Only Sumner County youth and youth who attend Sumner County Schools ages 6-19 are eligible to sell their animals in the auction.  We are collecting emails so that exhibitor sale invoices may be sent directly to the exhibitors after the auction and thank-yous may be written even before the exhibitor checks are received.    Please read the rules for the rabbit and poultry show here: 2025 Poultry/Fowl/Rabbit Show Rules

If your rabbit or poultry/fowl is selected as Grand Champion or Reserve Champion of the show,  and you are a 6-19 year old Sumner County youth or attend a Sumner County school, do you want to participate in the Junior Livestock Auction on Sunday, August 3? You will need to send a picture of you with your animal to scjrla@gmail.com by July 25, 2024 that can be used for the auction. You will not have to have your animal at the auction.
