Gender Diversity Survey for Women Seafarers
Dear Colleague,

In 2016 Anglo-Eastern, in cooperation with WISTA International, ISWAN and ICS, published the first edition of the Gender Diversity Booklet http://wistainternational.com/wp-content/uploads/Gender_Diversity.pdf.

The booklet was a joint effort to encourage the reader to offer the women fraternity on board merchant ships a safe and healthy working environment and work collectively towards building a diverse and productive shipboard team. The purpose is to encourage seafarers to make conscious efforts and be more sensitive to individual differences onboard and above all show respect both in thought and in action. We are excited to advise you that we are working on the Second edition of the booklet. Your suggestions will help us bring out a document that would help in developing sensitivity towards fellow seafarers.

Please spare some time to complete this survey to share your experiences, enabling us to focus on the critical issues faced by women on board as well as the support received from fellow seafarers.
