By submitting this application I understand that membership in Design Interactive is contingent on attendance. I will attend at least 5 DI events this semester (including, but not limited to, workshops, professional-development sessions, and speaker events). 

If I do not meet this minimum and do not communicate with DI leadership in advance, my membership privileges (e.g., eligibility to apply for exec roles, participation in design cohorts) will be lost for the semester.
