Commitment: All weekends require 100% commitment from you. If for some reason you have an approved absence, time must be made up using an appropriate replacement determined by Studio Rise lead teacher.

Who can participate: Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this training will give you the tools to dive deep into your practice and lead yoga classes as a certified 200 RYT Yoga teacher.

What you can expect: During our weeks together you can expect to experience yoga asana practice, meditation, journaling, discussion and self discovery. There will also be reading and online homework to be completed during the week. The weeks off will be spent practice teaching, expanding your personal practice and giving back to the community.

Our application process is the first step in assuring this is the training for you as well as you being a good fit for us. It will help you begin to think and feel and respond in the way you will during your training and will help us know a little bit about you and the context of who you are. Complete both steps to hold your place and be considered for The Uprising

Tell a story about a time that was a turning point in your life. A time that you've been brought to your knees and how you got back up. By being vulnerable about fears, disappointment, and pain, we are able to turn fear into faith--in oneself and life itself--and inspire others to do the same. *
