The Digital Defence Alliance Singapore (“DDAS”), its directors, employees, volunteers and/or related organisations, appointed event management company, co-organisors, partners, sponsors, vendors and/or contractors or subcontractors engaged (as the case may be) involved in the Event (the “Organisers”) reserve the right to amend, vary, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these Terms and Conditions, or any portion of this page, without prior notice or liability. Your continued use of this webpage and/or attendance at the Event shall constitute your unequivocal acknowledgment and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein.
The Organisers reserve the right to contact you via phone or email for any additional information required for matters relating to the Event. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organisers shall be deemed as received by you. I agree to update DDAS of any changes in my contact details to facilitate communication.
Liability1. I declare that I am in good health and have no physical condition that would endanger my life while participating in the Event that I have signed up and registered.
2. In the event that I become aware of any medical condition or impairment, or am otherwise sick or injured prior to or during the Event, I will withdraw from the Event.
3. I recognise that such risks are present always, before, during and after the Event.
4. I understand that as a participant, I take part at my own risk. I will not hold the Organisers liable for any accident, mishap, loss of property, injury, loss of life or any other liabilities that may arise during the Event.
5. I hereby indemnify and irrevocably and forever release and waive all rights and recourse against the Organisers from and against any and all claims, demands, right or cause of action, payments, suits, expenses, proceedings, judgments, settlements, awards, expenses including other liabilities arising in connection with the Event.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
1. I consent to the collection, use and retention of my personal data by DDAS and partner organisations, for the purposes of processing, servicing and managing my registration for this event.
2. I will inform DDAS immediately of any changes to my contact details and/or personal data in order to enable DDAS and partner organisations, to contact me for all matters relating to this event.
3. I consent to be contacted by DDAS and partner organisations, via email, text messages, calls and/or post for matters related to my registration for this event and other DDAS membership matters (if applicable), as well as to obtain my opinion/feedback on such matters.
4. I consent to the disclosure of my personal data by DDAS and partner organisations, to authorise third parties for the latter to collect, use and retain my personal data for the purpose of processing, servicing and managing my registration for and participation in this event.
5. I understand that photography and/or videography may be taken during this event for news and publicity purposes and may be used for print and on online/electronic platforms.
6. I acknowledge that DDAS and partner organisations, owns all rights to the photographs and video recordings.
7. If I do not wish to have any photographs or video recordings taken of me, I will inform DDAS before the commencement of this event.
