2025 East Coast Meet Registration Form
Please fill out the form below and click "Submit" to indicate your commitment to participate in the 2024 East Coast Meet on January 25 & 26, 2025 by displaying 1/87 vehicle models at the Amherst Model Railway Society model train show at the Eastern States Exposition in W. Springfield, MA. Registration is only available to individuals who will be displaying models at the show. Additionally, you are committing to be present at the show in our section for approximately 80% of BOTH days of the show. If you wish to display on only one day, e-mail for space availability: info@1-87vehicles.org. For general admission information, go to: https://www.railroadhobbyshow.com/attending-the-show.php

Please register each attendee separately so we can get the correct names on the participant badges (example - if your spouse, offspring, or friend is attending the show with you, each of you need to be registered individually). In order to have your (FREE) participant name badge with your name and home town, we must turn in our list of registered participants by January 3, 2025. After that date there will be a $14 fee per badge assessed by and payable to the show. Please sign up as early as you can confirm your participation to help us plan our display area most effectively.

Parking passes for the entire weekend are available for $15 per vehicle (not per attendee), prepaid via PayPal. Payment instructions will be included in our email communications prior to the show.

We are tentatively scheduled once again be in the general vicinity of section 144 of the Mallary Complex (subject to the show's discretion; we may be moved within the same building and area). We have been allocated 54 tables (48 display, 6 work tables) this year. We will be communicating with all registrants until the show with periodic updates on cell phone contact information and scheduling for setup, group meals, etc.

If you wish to sell items at the show within our display area you MUST have a vendor/seller contract with the Amherst Railway Society for this show. It is critical that you contact the show directly and request placement within our display area to be included. As a courtesy and to assist us in our layout planning, it is NOT necessary to register here; just e-mail us (info@1-87vehicles.org) to let us know you intend to be selling within our display area. Dan Goins is coordinating the sales table assignments. For exhibitor/vendor information, go to: http://www.railroadhobbyshow.com/exhibiting.php

IMPORTANT: If you intend to sell items at the show you MUST have a Massachusetts sales tax permit. If you need information on the requisite sales tax permit and submission of collected tax, refer to the Massachusetts Dept. of Revenue web site: https://mtc.dor.state.ma.us/mtc/_/

We look forward to seeing you at the show! - Dan Goins, 1/87 Vehicle Club
