New (Two Full) Services Community Insights
As we move forward with our fellowship's decision to 'Stay and Adapt' and, in the process, to grow our congregation, the New (Two Full) Services Ad Hoc Committee has been given the job of coming up with a plan to advance to two full services, and we need your input.

This survey has two sections. The first is ten short-answer questions to gauge the needs of our community. The second section, which is optional, has a series of open-ended questions for you to share your feelings and ideas.

We are also scheduling feedback meetings this fall so that congregants--members and friends--will have a chance to share their thoughts and ask questions of the committee members.

Please be sure to come to one of these meetings:

Tuesday, November 5, 7:00 p.m., Dodd Hall (DH)
Wednesday, November 13, 7:00 p.m., Old Stone Church (OSC)
Sunday, November 17, 12:30 p.m., DH/OSC
Sunday, November 24, 1:00 p.m., DH/OSC

After the committee has developed a plan and submitted it to the Board, a congregational meeting will be scheduled, most likely in December or early January, to vote on it. And, if the congregation votes to move forward with that plan, we will begin to hold two full services in early 2020.

We believe that this is the first step toward achieving the congregational mandate from our 'Stay and Adapt' vote last spring when we said we would "...use our existing buildings while attempting to increase capacity."
