Matalan kynnyksen show-painotteinen tanssitunti, joka sisältää lämmittelyn, helpon lihaskunnon ja venyttelyt, pientä tanssitekniikkaa/lattian poikki liikkuvia juttuja, tanssisarjan ja loppuverryttelyn. Yhtä tanssisarjaa harjoitellaan noin neljänä kertana. Avoin taso. Ohjaajana toimii Karla Matis.

Seuraavat kerta on 16.3. klo 20-21 samassa salissa. Näihin ilmottaudutaan erikseen myöhemmin. Voit osallistua yhdelle tai useammalle tanssitunnille.

On Wednesday 9.3. from 8 pm to 9 pm in Kluuvi Unisport Hall K3.

A low-threshold show-focused dance class that includes warm-up, easy muscle training and stretching, small dance technique / moving across the floor, a dance choreography and a cool down. One choreography is practiced about four times. Open level. The director is Karla Matis.

The next class is 16.3. from 8 pm to 9 pm in the same hall. You can register for these later. You can attend one or more dance classes.
