If you live in the Minneapolis School District (resident), Spero Academy will provide transportation to and from your residence during school hours. If you live outside the Minneapolis Hennepin school district area (nonresident), you must provide your own transportation to school or to a designated bus stop.
Transportation shall be provided for special education students according to their Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Effective January 1, 2025: Spero Academy Minneapolis will provide special education transportation to students enrolled within a 20 mile radius.*
Please note: Any changes in transportation require the completion of a new form. Transportation changes can take up to two weeks to process. Transportation change requests are not guaranteed and must be approved by Spero Academy.
