Once you have completed a referral, one of management team will contact you to begin the assessment process.  Depending on the urgency of the referral, will indicate the speed we will complete our assessment. (Where we have a contractual obligation to complete an assessment within a particular time period, this will be our guiding timescale).

Please note that the more information we receive at this point, the easier it will be for us to complete our assessment.
