The Jaguar Locker Room Supply Request
The Jaguar Locker Room supplies supplementary toiletries, non-perishable food and clothing for HSCJ students & families.  This initiative was originally voted on by the HSCJ students as their top choice in our school based participatory budget, recognizing that some of our fellow Jaguar's could currently use a little help in this unprecedented pandemic.  The Jaguar Locker Room motto is, "Give what you can, take what you need."  

If you are in need of some supplementary items please fill out the form below and a bag will be prepared for pick up.  You will be notified by email when your bag is ready to be picked up.  For privacy purposes your request will be assigned a number which will be emailed to you when your bag is ready for pick up.  You will simply need to ask for the bag number at pick up.

Email Contact
Email will be the primary means of contact.  We will email you when your bag with requested items is packed and ready to be picked up.
