Welcome to our 2022 Winter Microgreen CSA program!
We are stoked to be bringing back our delivery program for our 6th winter season!
We have made a few adjustments and have added on a third session!! Through our experience running CSA programs for the past 6 winters and 5 summers, we feel we are fine tuning this offering to best suit the needs of our customers - the great people like you that support our farm and make it possible for us to do this!!
Read on to learn how you can receive our delicious, certified organic microgreens delivered right to your door all through the cold months! This winter you will be able to shop through our online store again to add on to your delivery each week (things like eggs, meat, honey, and more!!)

Here are the details you need to know about the 2022 Winter program:
The program this year is comprised of THREE separate sessions. Sign up for one, two or the whole shebang! Each session is separated by a two week break. Here are the session details:

**Please note! We require a minimum of 5 signups to activate our delivery route to both Salmo and Winlaw.
**Please note! If you are signing up for WINLAW, we deliver to ONE central location where you pickup from! We are thrilled to partner with Emery Herbals for a second year - all Winlaw residents will pickup there!

Delivery time is weather dependent - we will always come, but sometimes we're a bit slower if the roads are tricky because of weather. Specific delivery time windows will be provided prior to each session once we know how many CSA members we have signup this year!

PROGRAM SIZE OPTIONS:
SMALL Share:
Session #1 - $102 | Session #2 - $102 | Session #3 - $68
Receive $15 worth of microgreens each week, two different varieties
Includes a small delivery fee ($2/week)
*We add a one-time $5 charge for reusable containers that you get to keep at the end of all of your sessions.
LARGE Share:
Session #1 - $180 | Session #2 - $180 | Session #3 - $120
Receive $30 worth of microgreens each week, three different varieties (save $2 each week with this share!)
This is the "Get your greens in ya" share! Receive an abundant amount of fresh greens each week to fuel you!
Includes a small delivery fee ($2/week)

We will provide a mix of varieties each week based on what we have freshly available.
The way we run it is we ask you to choose one set mix each week that doesn't change (either our signature micro salad mix or our brassica blend) and we will change the other variety(ies) you receive every week, so you get to try many flavours throughout each session!
Available varieties may include:
Pea
Fava Bean
Radish Trio
Sunflower
Brassica Blend (a seasonal blend of broccoli, red cabbage, kale)
Signature Micro Salad Mix (a mix of pea, fava, radish, sunflower)
Arugula
Cress
Wasabi
Broccoli
We are excited to share that we are again running an entirely zero-waste program. Everyone will receive containers this year, and that means no plastic bags. Simply leave your empty container out for us to pick up when we drop your full container that week.
Last note - everyone will be *required* to leave a small cooler outside your main door. Your microgreens and add-ons will be dropped in this cooler for complete contactless delivery. The cooler will prevent your greens from freezing so this is a ***program requirement for everyone***. Typically we do not knock or anything, we just drop and run, so be sure to check your cooler!
Once you complete this sign-up form we will send you an email with confirmation and your total program cost! You can pay by etransfer to
grow@happyhillsfarm.ca or you can purchase your CSA share through our online farm store and pay credit or debit. Please do not send payment until your spot is confirmed! Please note that we are still fulltime in the field so our response times may be slower than normal ;)
IMPORTANT!!!!!! --> If you have a HOTMAIL email address, hotmail always, always puts our emails into your junk folder for some reason. Please check your junk mail folder and mark our email address as safe so you can receive our emails. We have had folks miss out on our program because they don't check their junk folders for confirmation emails!
