The Durham Parade and Picnic Committee invites non-profit organizations to participate in the 101st annual May Day Picnic and Parade May 12, 2018. Our theme this year is Community and Agriculture.

After the parade, the community will come together for a day of festivities at Durham Community Park. This event has come to be a well-known fund raising opportunity for our local non-profit groups.

The booths are assigned on a "first request, first reserved" basis. Please contact the committee at to reserve your concession request early.

The booth entry fee for participating in the May Day picnic is at least 5 items valued at $10.00 or more each donated to the May Day Silent Auction Committee or $50.00 payable to DRPD Picnic and Parade Committee. Entry fees/ silent auction items are due to DRPD no later than May 7, 2018. If auction items Fees or items not received by this date may lose booth space preference at park. BOOTH SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED AND POSTED BY THE MAY DAY PICNIC COMMITTEE ON FRIDAY.

Information only tables limited to 1 10 x 10 pop up and 2 tables are available with a donation of $15.00 or 2 items to the Silent Auction. Additional pop ups will be charged additional $15.00 per tent.
